Worm Composting
We will come to your classroom for a free hands-on worm composting demonstration. A fun way to learn about a healthy environment, this activity fits nicely with numerous points in the elementary school curriculum and is approximately 30-40 minutes long.
Please note that for schools more than 20 kilometres, and up to 40km, from downtown Sudbury, we require a minimum of 3 classes/60+ students booked on the same day to make the trip. For schools more than 40 km from downtown Sudbury, we require a full day booking (minimum 6 classes/90+ students) . We can provide a scheduling template to help coordinate booking of multiple classes.
