Tammy Cheguis is a dietitian with a long-time interest in local food. She has accepted our challenge to find a way to use one of the underappreciated products of the Delki Dozzi Community Food Forest - Aronia. The berries are highly nutritious, but for many people too sour and astringent to eat on their own.
